Return Policy
Clear guidelines for returns, exchanges, and warranty service.
Overview
We want you to shop with confidence. If a product does not meet expectations, review the conditions below before initiating a return.
Eligible returns
- Items returned within 7 calendar days of delivery for most consumer electronics, unless marked non-returnable on the product page.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Opened software licenses, digital goods, and consumables.
- Custom-configured or project-procured equipment unless defective on arrival.
- Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized repair, or missing components.
Process
- Sign in and submit a return from Return requests in your account, or email support@luratex.com with your order number and reason.
- After approval, we schedule parcel pickup from your address.
- Products are inspected at our warehouse within 3–5 business days after receipt.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspection is complete.

Defective on arrival
Report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. We will arrange replacement or repair per manufacturer policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences for upgraded models must be settled before dispatch.
