By accessing luratex.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in the Syrian Arab Republic. Business purchasers warrant they are authorized to bind their organization.

Products & pricing

We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by manifest pricing mistakes prior to shipment.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or inventory unavailability. Payment must be completed using approved methods shown at checkout.

Shipping & risk

Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address or authorized pickup point, subject to carrier terms.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where eligible. Luratex facilitates warranty routing but does not extend coverage beyond manufacturer terms unless expressly stated on your invoice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luratex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Aleppo unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
